Julieanna Hever, Ray Cronise, and the Blue Lotus Team will guide you though cooking classes in a state-of-the-art cooking classroom. We'll also explore whole food, plant-based nutrition, eating for healthspan and longevity, debunk common food myths, and much more...

For the last three years, we have been hosting students from around the world at the incredible Blue Lotus Culinary School at the Evason Resort in Hua Hin, Thailand. It's a beautiful location with an amazing staff all focused on plant-based cuisine. Each year we have sold out, so we've provided this form to prioritize available openings on a first come, first serve basis.

We have listed 4 weeks in January, but will determine the exact weeks based on response and availability. The class size will be limited to maximize the one-on-one experience for everyone.
